How to stay calm for longer period of time?
In life it often happens that you lose your temper on someone or some situation. You don't want to let it go easily, you struggle with it and if it still doesn't go the way you want it to, you end up losing your patience and act angrily upon the scenario. As a matter of fact, you start taking wrong decisions in anger and frustration. To overcome this anxiety one has to stay calm. Drink a glass of cold water, or if you're feeling tired then just sit on the couch and drink coffee. Caffeine gives you instant energy and power to concentrate on the present situation. You can take deep breath also for 1-2 minutes. This can be done every time you feel bad about anything.
